Problem -Solving Meetings

As the name provers, it is a meeting where problems are solved. The meeting starts with the problem been shared and everyone in the meeting is usually tasked to solving the problem.

 

Meetings are vital to companies and a company that does not have that breed of effective communication during the meeting would find it hard to be successful. It is important to note that meetings held in various organizations are called by different names, what is most important is the purpose or agenda of the meeting.
