Prof. Ayotunde Adebayo

Prof. Ayotunde Adebayo has over 35years experience in manpower development. He is versed in using and optimizing computing tools in training sessions. He has trained extensively on IT, biometrics, due diligence, HR Best practices, performance management, governance, marketing, leadership, sales, strategy, business management & attended workshops in several countries in Europe & Africa/Middle East. He has led, developed and delivered several training courses covering CIT, leadership, marketing, sales, customer care, branding, teamwork and organizational efficiency. He has published several articles in business and academic journals. Ayotunde has a PhD and also lectures at the University of Lagos. He is the Managing Partner at HOWES Consulting, Lead Partner at TARON Consulting Limited and Chairman, TARON Homes.

Olugbenga Johnson

Olugbenga has over 17 years of field and strategic sales management experience that spanned various industries in Nigeria; which include The Coca-cola Hellenic (NBC PLC) Nigeria where he spent about 6 years in senior sales roles. In other companies, he has held positions with the responsibilities for developing new businesses, salvaging comatose ones and creating new opportunities for business expansion in those that are doing well. He has attended training and workshops, both within and outside the country in his efforts to build his managerial capacity and to also learn how to help businesses understand and develop their winning route-to-market agenda.

His experience, passion for seeking and impacting knowledge has also enriched him the ability to provide support to various organisations in the area of strategy, management and training. He is an alumnus of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He has an International Action Learning MBA from The Business School Netherland and was elected a Fellow of The Institute of Sales and Marketing Management United Kingdom in 2011 and also a Fellow of The Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria (2017) and a Distinguished Fellow of the Professionals Foundations of Nigeria (PEFON) in 2018.  He is a leading sales coach, trainer and CRM expert. He also takes on public speaking engagements focusing on topics that are centered on entrepreneurship, business management, and leadership.

Mr. Oyekunle Sopeju

Kunle is an excellent Business Developer and Sales Professional.

He has over 25 years of work experience spanning across Pharmaceuticals, Fast Moving Consumer Goods Distribution, Telecoms, other Selling organization. He has, at various times held strategic positions such as: Head Activation, Head Corporate Sales, and Divisional Head at Glomobile Ghana Limited, National Sales Manager at Associated Match Industries, Business Development Director at Bofts Investment Limited, and National Sales Manager at GlaxoWellcome Limited. He holds an MBA in Marketing and an MSC in Computer Science both from the University of Lagos also a P.G Diploma in Computer Science and a B. Pharmacy (Hons.) from the University of Benin and the University of Ife respectively.

During his career, he had developed various skills such as analytical and business intelligence skills. He has also been involved in offering training and consultancy services for organizations in developing and optimizing their route-to-market strategies.

An avid reader, political and social commentator, poet and collector of music and art pieces.

Mr. Femi Yahaya

She has over 10 years of work experience which spans across diverse specializations with competencies in administrative management, change management, customer service, sales, business development, human resource, web administration, facility and space management.

She holds a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Babcock University.
