CMI Level 5 – Diploma in Management & Leadership

This is ideal for managers who want to take their people and resources management skills to a new higher level. This programme focuses on the practical aspects of management including using plans to manage resources, personnel and customer awareness in the business environment. Participants will acquire skills in planning, projects management and meeting stakeholders expectations.

Successful candidates will join a global family of Chartered Managers by offering the courses and obtaining certificates issued by CMI for AWARD, CERTIFICATE or DIPLOMA qualifications, depending on the numbers of modules offered.
