CMI Level 3 – Diploma in First Line Management

This level is suitable for junior managers, supervisors and first line managers who have responsibilities for managing one or more people in an organisation. It is also appropriate for experienced managers who have had little or no formal training in management.

Candidates can register for any of the modules to earn a CMI issued Certificate for an AWARD, a CERTIFICATE or a DIPLOMA, based on the number of modules offered.

To achieve the CERTIFICATE, students MUST study enough modules to earn 13 credits.
