Is the Autusbridge miniPOS the same as the regular Card Payment POS?
No. This SmartShop miniPOS is comparable to the common desktop POS machine that is used by supermarkets to vend their products. This is different from the ATM-POS used for making card payments.
Just like you still need the card payment machine with the desktop POS machine. You may also add it to complement our SmartShop miniPOS if you have customers that like to pay with cards.
What if I don’t have or keep an inventory record, can I still use the system?
Yes, you can use the SmartShop miniPOS for products and services with no inventory records or needs.
Can I keep my customers’ records/details on the POS?
Yes, you can. The POS allows you to build your customer base and view your customer purchase history.
Do I need to use the POS with a computer?
No, the miniPOS device is all you need. It functions like a minicomputer to handle all your transactions.
Can I use miniPOS to manage more than one store?
Yes, the system can be set up to accommodate multiple stores that you can manage with one back office access. However, you will need a paid subscription for each extra store. The system is portable and can be moved around for multiple uses.
What other maintenance cost is required?
